No Refunds Policy

All sales on Sosa Market are final.

We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless the total checkout amount exceeds $20 USD.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The total checkout amount was greater than $20 USD, and
• The refund request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe, and
• The issue is determined to be valid at our sole discretion

Meeting the minimum amount does not guarantee a refund. All refund decisions are made by Sosa Market.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Digital products once delivered or accessed
• Services already rendered
• Purchases made in error or by mistake
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
